We want to promote health and wellness through nutrient dense foods, while maintaining sustainability in every aspect of the business. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint where possible, by using plant-based packaging instead of plastic, grown-to order seeding reduces waste, using a regenerative farming model by growing with aquaponics and composting all cut microgreen stems and roots.
